The Resume Dump is an online platform where:

  • Job seekers can upload resumes to be visible to potential employers.

  • Employers can subscribe to access and search those resumes for hiring purposes.

2. Accounts & Registration

  • You must create a member account to upload or access resumes.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

  • You agree that all information you provide during signup is accurate.

3. Job Seeker Responsibilities

  • By uploading a resume, you give permission for subscribed employers to view and download it.

  • You confirm that the information in your resume is accurate and lawful to share.

  • You can delete your resume and/or account at any time.

4. Employer Responsibilities

  • Resume data may only be used for legitimate hiring purposes.

  • You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or use resumes for marketing/spam.

  • Abuse of candidate data may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

5. Subscription Plans

  • Employers may choose from Bronze, Silver, or Gold plans, each with monthly download limits.

  • Subscription fees are billed through Wix Payments and are non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled through your account.

6. Privacy & Consent

  • Job seekers must consent to their resume being visible before uploading.

  • Employers must agree to use resumes only for hiring before purchasing a plan.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use The Resume Dump to:

  • Post unlawful, false, or misleading information.

  • Collect or harvest resumes outside the intended hiring purpose.

  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate subscription download limits.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Resume Dump provides connections between job seekers and employers but does not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on resume data.
