SECTION 01 — WHAT THE RESUME DUMP DOES

The Resume Dump is an online resume database.

Candidates may upload resumes and related profile information.

Employers may purchase subscription access to search, view, unlock, and download resumes for legitimate hiring and recruiting purposes.

The Resume Dump is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiting agency, employment agency, background screening company, consumer reporting agency, payroll provider, or agent of any candidate or employer.

The platform is simple: candidates provide resumes, and employers pay for access to search and download resumes.

 

SECTION 02 — INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The Resume Dump may collect information from candidates, employers, website visitors, account users, and other people who interact with the site.

Information we collect may include:

City, state, zip code, and general location information

Pasted resume text

By uploading a resume or submitting candidate information, candidates understand and agree that their information may be stored, processed, displayed, and made available to employers with authorized access to the resume database.

Employers may view, access, unlock, download, save, or contact candidates using the information candidates provide.

Candidates should not submit information they do not want employers or authorized employer users to see.

Candidates are responsible for making sure the information they provide is accurate, current, lawful, and submitted with proper authority.

 

SECTION 04 — EMPLOYER INFORMATION

Employers may create accounts, purchase subscription plans, search resumes, view candidate information, unlock resumes, and download resumes.

Employer information may include company name, contact name, email address, phone number, billing information, subscription plan details, account activity, search activity, resume view activity, resume unlock activity, resume download activity, and other information needed to provide employer services.

Employer activity may be tracked to operate subscription access, enforce download limits, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve the platform.

Employers are responsible for using candidate information only for legitimate hiring, recruiting, employment consideration, workforce planning, and directly related business purposes.

 

SECTION 05 — HOW WE USE INFORMATION

The Resume Dump may use collected information to:

Operate the website and services

Create and manage candidate accounts

Create and manage employer accounts

Store and display resumes

Make candidate information available to employers with authorized access

Allow employers to search resumes

Allow employers to view, unlock, and download resumes

Process employer subscriptions

Manage billing, account access, and payment-related records

Enforce subscription plans and download limits

Track resume views, unlocks, searches, and downloads

Respond to inquiries and support requests

Process resume removal requests

Maintain platform security

Prevent fraud, abuse, scraping, unauthorized access, and misuse

SECTION 06 — RESUME VISIBILITY AND EMPLOYER ACCESS

Candidate resumes and profile information may be made available to employers with authorized access to the resume database.

This may include resume files, pasted resume text, contact information, work history, education, skills, certifications, job preferences, location information, desired compensation, work authorization details, and other candidate-submitted information.

Employer access may depend on the employer’s active subscription plan, account status, payment status, download limits, and platform settings.

A resume view, unlock, download, or contact reveal may allow an employer to view, download, save, or contact a candidate using submitted information.

The Resume Dump does not control how an employer contacts a candidate after the employer receives candidate information, but employers are required to use candidate information only for legitimate hiring and recruiting purposes.

 

SECTION 07 — DOWNLOADS, UNLOCKS, AND USAGE TRACKING

The Resume Dump may track employer activity related to resume searches, resume views, resume unlocks, contact reveals, downloads, account access, and subscription usage.

This information may be used to:

Operate employer subscriptions

Enforce download limits

Prevent abuse

Prevent scraping

Detect unauthorized access

Maintain security

Resolve disputes

Improve the platform

Maintain business records

A resume download, unlock, view, access, or contact reveal may count against an employer’s subscription limit depending on how the platform is configured.

 

SECTION 08 — PAYMENT INFORMATION

Employer subscription payments may be processed through Wix, payment processors, banks, card processors, or other third-party payment providers.

The Resume Dump may receive payment-related records such as subscription status, plan type, transaction status, payment confirmation, renewal information, failed payment information, refund information, chargeback information, and related billing details.

The Resume Dump does not intentionally store full credit card numbers directly in its own website database.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

Users should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party payment provider used during checkout.

The Resume Dump does not sell candidate resumes as a standalone product to the general public. Employer access to resumes is provided through the platform for legitimate hiring and recruiting purposes.

 

SECTION 12 — EMPLOYER USE OF CANDIDATE INFORMATION

Employers who access candidate information through The Resume Dump must use that information only for legitimate hiring, recruiting, employment consideration, workforce planning, and directly related business purposes.

Employers may not sell, resell, publish, scrape, redistribute, misuse, spam, harass, or unlawfully use candidate information.

Employers may not use candidate information for identity theft, fraud, phishing, unrelated marketing, harassment, discrimination, or any illegal purpose.

Employers may not use candidate information to create, train, populate, enhance, or support a competing resume database, candidate database, recruiting platform, artificial intelligence dataset, data broker product, or similar service.

Employers are responsible for complying with applicable employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, recordkeeping, data protection, recruiting, and hiring laws.

The Resume Dump is not responsible for an employer’s independent hiring decisions, communications, screening practices, data handling, or legal compliance after candidate information is accessed.

 

SECTION 13 — DATA SECURITY

The Resume Dump aims to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information collected and stored through the site.

However, no website, database, internet transmission, email system, payment system, or online service is completely secure.

The Resume Dump cannot guarantee absolute security of information submitted to, transmitted through, or stored by the platform.

Users are responsible for protecting their account login information, using secure passwords, and notifying us if they believe their account has been compromised.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting user information, we may take reasonable steps to investigate, respond, and provide notices where required by applicable law.

 

SECTION 14 — DATA RETENTION

The Resume Dump may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the site, provide services, maintain business records, enforce Terms & Conditions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, and support business operations.

Candidate information may remain active in employer search results unless removed, deactivated, restricted, or deleted through an approved removal process.

A request to delete or remove information does not always result in immediate deletion from all backups, logs, archives, administrative records, payment records, legal records, or security records.

The Resume Dump may retain limited records where needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, compliance, backup, or legitimate business purposes.

 

SECTION 15 — CANDIDATE RESUME REMOVAL REQUESTS

Candidates may request removal of their resume from active employer search results through the Delete My Resume process or other removal method provided by The Resume Dump.

When a removal request is approved, The Resume Dump may deactivate the resume, remove it from visible employer search results, restrict employer access, or otherwise update the candidate record.

Previously viewed, downloaded, copied, saved, or accessed resumes or candidate information may not be recoverable or removable from employer systems.

The Resume Dump cannot guarantee that an employer who previously downloaded or accessed candidate information will delete that information from its own records.

Candidates should only upload information they are comfortable making available to authorized employer users.

 

SECTION 16 — CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Resume Dump is not intended for children under the age of 13.

The Resume Dump does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we may take steps to delete or restrict that information.

Users under 18 should use the site only with permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

 

SECTION 17 — YOUR CHOICES

You may choose not to submit certain information, but some features may not work without required information.

Candidates may request resume removal from active employer search results.

Employers may manage or cancel subscriptions through available account, billing, or platform tools, subject to the terms of the applicable plan and payment provider.

You may unsubscribe from certain marketing emails if such options are provided.

Service-related emails, payment notices, account notices, legal notices, or security notices may still be sent where necessary.

SECTION 18 — EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

The Resume Dump may send emails related to account creation, resume submission, employer subscriptions, payment status, support requests, service updates, security notices, legal notices, and other operational communications.

The Resume Dump may also send promotional or informational emails where permitted by law.

You may be able to opt out of certain promotional emails, but you may still receive transactional, account-related, security-related, or legal communications.

 

SECTION 19 — BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If DOC-TA-ROCKS L. L.C. d/b/a The Resume Dump is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, transfer of business operations, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, user information may be transferred or disclosed as part of that transaction.

Any acquiring or receiving party may continue to use information as described in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated.
