The Resume Dump is owned and operated by DOC-TA-ROCKS L. L.C., an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as The Resume Dump.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of The Resume Dump website, resume upload tools, resume database, employer search tools, paid subscription plans, resume download features, account features, and related services.
By accessing or using The Resume Dump, creating an account, uploading a resume, submitting candidate information, purchasing an employer subscription, searching resumes, downloading resumes, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not use The Resume Dump.
SECTION 01 — WHAT THE RESUME DUMP DOES
The Resume Dump is an online resume database.
Candidates may upload resumes and related profile information.
Employers may purchase subscription access to search, view, unlock, and download resumes for legitimate hiring and recruiting purposes.
The Resume Dump is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiting agency, employment agency, background screening company, consumer reporting agency, payroll provider, or agent of any candidate or employer.
The Resume Dump does not make hiring decisions, verify every resume, verify every employer, screen candidates, conduct interviews, or participate in any employment relationship.
The platform is simple: candidates provide resumes, and employers pay for access to search and download resumes.
SECTION 02 — ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
Users may create candidate accounts, employer accounts, or other account types made available by The Resume Dump.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or using the site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create an account using false information, misleading information, another person’s identity, another company’s identity, or information you are not authorized to use.
The Resume Dump may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that appear inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, inactive, or risky to the platform.
SECTION 03 — CANDIDATE RESUME UPLOADS
Candidates may submit resumes, pasted resume text, contact information, employment history, education, skills, certifications, job preferences, location information, desired compensation, work authorization details, and other employment-related information.
By uploading a resume or submitting candidate information, you understand and agree that The Resume Dump may store, process, display, and make that information available to employers with authorized access to the resume database.
Employers may view, unlock, download, save, or contact candidates using the information candidates provide.
Candidates should not upload information they do not want employers or authorized employer users to see.
Candidates are responsible for making sure their submitted information is accurate, current, lawful, and submitted with proper authority.
The Resume Dump is not responsible for inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, misleading, or unauthorized information submitted by candidates.
SECTION 04 — CANDIDATE CONSENT
By uploading a resume or submitting candidate information, candidates consent to having that information included in The Resume Dump resume database.
Candidates consent to authorized employers viewing, accessing, unlocking, downloading, and using submitted candidate information for legitimate hiring and recruiting purposes.
Candidates consent to employers contacting them using the information provided.
The Resume Dump does not guarantee that a candidate will be contacted, interviewed, hired, or selected by any employer.
Candidates may request removal of their resume from active employer search results through the Delete My Resume process or other removal method provided by The Resume Dump.
SECTION 05 — RESUME REMOVAL
Candidates may request that their resume be removed from active employer search results.
When a removal request is approved, The Resume Dump may deactivate the candidate record, remove the resume from visible employer search results, restrict employer access, or otherwise update the candidate record.
A removal request does not always mean immediate deletion from all systems, backups, archives, logs, administrative records, payment records, security records, or business records.
The Resume Dump may retain limited information as needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, compliance, backup, enforcement, or legitimate business purposes.
The Resume Dump cannot guarantee that resumes or candidate information previously viewed, downloaded, saved, or copied by employers will be deleted from those employers’ systems.
SECTION 06 — EMPLOYER SUBSCRIPTIONS
Employers may purchase subscription plans that provide access to search, view, unlock, and download resumes.
Subscription plans may include different pricing, billing cycles, access levels, features, and download limits.
Current or future subscription tiers may include Bronze, Silver, Gold, or other plan names.
Subscription details, pricing, billing terms, download limits, and plan features are shown on the applicable pricing, checkout, subscription, or plan pages.
Subscription access is tied to the active paid plan associated with the employer account.
If a subscription expires, is canceled, fails payment, is disputed, is refunded, or is otherwise inactive, employer access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.
The Resume Dump may change subscription pricing, features, download limits, plan names, plan structure, or access rules at any time.
Changes may apply to new subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, future billing periods, or future platform use unless otherwise stated.
SECTION 07 — EMPLOYER USE OF RESUMES
Employers may use resumes and candidate information only for legitimate hiring, recruiting, employment consideration, workforce planning, and directly related business purposes.
Employers may not use candidate information for unrelated marketing, spam, scams, harassment, identity theft, phishing, credential harvesting, data mining, unlawful discrimination, or any illegal purpose.
Employers may not sell, resell, license, publish, transfer, disclose, scrape, harvest, redistribute, syndicate, or commercially exploit resumes or candidate information obtained through The Resume Dump.
Employers may not use resumes or candidate information to create, train, populate, enhance, or support a competing resume database, candidate database, recruiting platform, artificial intelligence dataset, data broker product, or similar service.
Employers may not share downloaded resumes outside their organization except with employees, contractors, representatives, or agents directly involved in legitimate hiring or recruiting for that employer.
Employers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of candidate information they access through the platform.
Employers are responsible for complying with all applicable employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, recordkeeping, data protection, and hiring laws.
SECTION 08 — DOWNLOAD LIMITS
Employer subscription plans may include monthly resume download limits, unlock limits, viewing limits, access limits, or other usage restrictions.
A resume download, unlock, view, access, or contact reveal may count against an employer’s plan limit depending on how the platform is configured.
The Resume Dump may track downloads, unlocks, views, searches, account activity, and usage activity to operate subscriptions, enforce limits, prevent abuse, and maintain platform integrity.
Unused downloads may not roll over unless expressly stated on the applicable plan or checkout page.
Attempting to bypass, reset, manipulate, automate, share, or abuse download limits may result in account restriction, suspension, termination, or loss of access without refund.
The Resume Dump may modify how downloads, unlocks, or access events are counted at any time.
SECTION 09 — NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Resume Dump does not guarantee that a candidate will receive employer contact.
The Resume Dump does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation, benefits, or any employment outcome.
The Resume Dump does not guarantee that an employer will find suitable candidates.
The Resume Dump does not guarantee that candidate information is accurate, complete, current, verified, lawful, or suitable for any particular employer need.
The Resume Dump does not guarantee that any candidate or employer will respond, communicate, act professionally, or comply with applicable laws.
Candidates and employers are solely responsible for evaluating each other and making their own decisions.
SECTION 10 — USER CONTENT
User Content means any resume, profile information, text, document, image, file, message, form submission, account information, employer information, candidate information, or other content submitted to or through The Resume Dump.
By submitting User Content, you grant DOC-TA-ROCKS L. L.C. d/b/a The Resume Dump a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, process, transmit, format, reproduce, distribute, and make that content available as needed to operate and improve the platform.

You represent that you own or have the right to submit the User Content you provide.
The Resume Dump may remove, restrict, disable, hide, deactivate, modify access to, or delete User Content if we believe it violates these Terms, creates legal risk, is inaccurate, is fraudulent, is harmful, is outdated, or harms the integrity, reputation, security, or operation of the platform.

You agree not to use the site in a way that violates employment, privacy, intellectual property, anti-discrimination, consumer protection, data protection, or other applicable laws.
SECTION 12 — EMPLOYER LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
Employers are solely responsible for complying with all laws, rules, and regulations related to recruiting, hiring, interviewing, screening, employment eligibility, compensation, equal employment opportunity, anti-discrimination, privacy, data handling, background checks, recordkeeping, and candidate communications.
The Resume Dump does not provide legal advice, hiring advice, compliance advice, screening services, background checks, reference checks, credential verification, employment eligibility verification, or employment decision-making services.
Employers are responsible for determining whether candidate information is appropriate to use for their hiring purposes.
Employers must not use candidate information in a way that violates any applicable law.
SECTION 13 — PAYMENTS, BILLING, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Employer subscription payments may be processed through Wix, third-party payment processors, card processors, banks, or other payment providers.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize applicable charges and recurring charges according to the plan selected at checkout.
You are responsible for reviewing the plan details, pricing, billing frequency, download limits, renewal terms, and cancellation terms before purchasing.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not want to continue service.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, subscription fees are not guaranteed to be refundable once paid, especially after access to the resume database, candidate information, or resume downloads has been provided.
The Resume Dump may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for failed payments, chargebacks, suspected fraud, plan abuse, misuse of candidate information, or violation of these Terms.

Use of The Resume Dump is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Resume Dump may collect and process personal information, resumes, account information, employer activity, download records, payment-related records, technical data, and other usage information as described in the Privacy Policy.

No online system, website, database, payment system, or transmission method is completely secure.
